Virgili judged: aggravated fraud, aggravated defamation. De Felice: The truth will always win.
Dear Comrades we write to you this new for the process of De Felice vs, Virgili. The day of the 24th of September the Atlantis Court of Justice processed Alexander Virgili and redo the process to Manuel De Felice. As judges there were Gabriele Pellecchia for the Republic of Atlantis and Sante Carbone for the Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis. After a very tough debate the De Felice defense tested that all the Treaty of Surrender is a false document because there wasn't a witness at the moment of the signature and there weren't two copies , one for part, of the document. Judge Pellecchia only agreed with Carbone on the fact that De Felice is innocent of the crimes that he was judged in the past, but they didn't get an agreement on the sentence for Virgili. Pellecchia only wanted to declare Virgili innocent for lack of evidences but as the International Civil and Penal Code says, Virgili should be condemned for aggravated defamation against De Felice and aggravated fraud for saying that the document was official when in the truth it wasn't.Comrade Carbone hopes that a more imparcial judge will firm this sentence and put end to this law trick against the Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis

De Felice vs. Virgili: remake process!
After the first process of the International Court of Justice,De Felice protests: rigged process. Sante Carbone: the time of jokes is ended, Virgili will not survive to the truth.
Dear Comrades, today we are writing to you to let you know how the Atlantis Civil War as degenerated. As you know there was an international trial against Manuel De Felice, former vice president of the Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis and one of the founder member of the AnarchoCommunist NLA. As always the trial was in someway cheated by Virgili's Republic. Those fascists used a supreme democratic organ as the International Court of Justice for their own profits. Virgili haven't showed the main document of the whole process: the fantomatic "Treaty of Surrender".The International Civil and Penal Code says that the treaty is clearly not regular and not effective: there were no witness at the moment of signature( if there was a signature) and there is only one copy of this document. So the People's Court of Justice protested for this criminal use of magistrature and won, in fact the process will be redone Saturday 25th of September,2010 with the traitor and servant Gabriele Pellecchia as Atlantis Judge and Comrade Sante Carbone as Socialist Autonom Republic of Atlantis judge. The Supreme Assembly of Workers,Farmers and Soldiers hopes that this process will be correct and that the justice will once and forever sentence Alexander Virgili for his crimes. Some persons like Virgili said that we are crazy and we believe in a utopia. I answer to this ignorant person saying that the Ideal is always strongest that the weapons of every kind of army(Vietnam docet). Their way of fight is all psychological, they manipulate any kind of information or episode to get their own profits. Emblematic is the case of Manuel De Felice,firstly claimed as general and then processed as traitor. I mean how can so many people trust to a group of child that love to plays to be soldiers or politicians?
